Customer Portal temporarily unavailable

On 21 October 2026, the PHP Project released fixes for two critical vulnerabilities, CVE-2026-109618 and CVE-2026-109619, known as “PHP2Shell”. Our customer portal (portal.janusnet.com) runs on PHP. As a precaution, we have taken it offline today while we apply and verify the updates.

What is unavailable: support pages, account pages, whitepapers and product specification pages hosted on the portal.

What is not affected: Janusseal and Janusgate products do not use PHP and are not affected. No customer action is required for installed products.
