Customer Portal now available but some functionality is limited

Portal.janusnet.com is now available again following patching for the PHP2Shell vulnerabilities, however some user functionality is limited.

Known issues include the inability to access customer agreements and to download customer configuration files.

What is not affected: Janusseal and Janusgate products do not use PHP and are not affected. No customer action is required for installed products.

23 October 2026 - access to portal.janusnet.com restored following patching, however with some impacts to functionality.

On 21 October 2026, the PHP Project released fixes for two critical vulnerabilities, CVE-2026-109618 and CVE-2026-109619, known as “PHP2Shell”. Our customer portal (portal.janusnet.com) runs on PHP. As a precaution, we took it offline to apply and verify the updates.
