Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) document marking templates files common methods

This is a video in the Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) series covering classifying documents, marking templates, existing files and folders.  The concepts in this can be used with any classification scheme.  It quickly illustrates the multiple ways to add security classification labels to existing documents, or new documents that you might create from a pre-marked template. In each case as well as the human visible marking the metadata associated with that marking is embedded in each document whether it is a source document or another record.

These aspects are important parts of a successful deployment of document marking from the perspective of consistent visual formatting and metadata.  Please contact the Janusnet team to discuss the finer points of document marking. Janusnet customers can read more about planning the implementation of document marking in the Janusseal Planning Guide.
