Update of third-party libraries to current versions, where possible. Includes jQuery to v3.5.1, bootstrap to v4.4.1, MimeKitLite to v2.7.0, RestSharp to v106.11.4.

If Janusseal App for Outlook was being accessed via a reverse proxy server, then the On Send Dialog would fail to open upon clicking the send button, with error shown in the notifications area "12004: Cannot show janusSEAL On Send Classification Dialog as domain is not trusted". This issue is fixed in version 3.18.2.

On-Premise Edition - For some Australian government customers using the EPMS 2018.3 standard, change in allowed caveat combinations is included.
The code for the Cloud Edition (as used by most customers of Janusseal App for Outlook) has automatically been updated to this version.
