In some cases it will be necessary for an organisation to streamline sending a message. If a message is classified during composition, it is possible to supress any further Janusseal dialog. This is especially true when a user is sending many messages using MS Word's mail merge feature.
This atricle is intended to be read by system administrators with experience of Janusseal for Outlook Group Policy.
To prevent the Janusseal classification dialog popping up when the Mail Merge messages are sent, it is necessary to Enable the policy setting: prevent display of dialog if classification set during composition.
This setting is found at:
Administrative Templates > Janusnet > Janusseal > User Interface Appearance and Behaviour > in ALL Janusseal applications on this group of machines > On Send Classification Dialog > prevent display of dialog if classification set during composition
Set to Enabled
NB: This policy change will need to be acceptable to the organisation.
After the updated policy is deployed to workstations, Outlook should be restarted for the changes to take effect.
